✎ PRE-ORDER/ON-HAND ITEMS
◢FOR PRE ORDER:
Importation usually takes about 8-10 days for the apparels & 10-15 days for the shoes after cut-off date, subject to delay caused by bad weather condition, untimely issuance of customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances. Upon arrival of the items in the Philippines, notice will be seen through text or facebook private message, and deliver will made within 24hours therefrom.
◢FOR ITEMS ON-HAND:
There is no cut-off date. Items are ready to be delivered within 24hours from receipt of order form and verification of receipt of payment.
◢DISCLAIMER
1. No REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE of items considered SOLD. We only give refund if your item is out of stock.
2. Due to limitations in photography and inevitable differences in monitor settings, colors shown in the photos may not correspond 100% to the actual colors of the items themselves.
3.The items are thoroughly checked. The seller is not liable for any damage such as misspelled words in shirts, stains, or wrong fit. Buyers are bound to take time out to property measure their body size.
4. Items may be out of stock upon placement of order. We are only notified of the availability of a particular item once we place our orders of suppliers. Unavailable items are automatically deleted as soon as information of unavailability is made known to us.
✎ Buyers options are to:
(a)claim for refund, which shall be made within five(5) working days from notice from suppliers net of bank and money transfer charges will be deducted to your money; or
(b) choose replacement from the list of Items On-Hand or in our Pre-Order Items Album.
5. Upon shipment or delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to track and monitor the package as the tracking number and courier’s website are already furnished the buyer.
6. The Victove Store is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by mishandling during shipping/ delivery by the courier. If you do not receive your items within 3 days after shipping, please notify us so we can contact the courier.
7. PATIENCE is a MUST. Please patiently wait for your order to arrive. We will provided you with the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the items you ordered and all you have to do is wait for the date to come. Orders will surely arrive.
